Rafael N&uacute;&ntilde;ez International (CTG) sits in the Crespo neighborhood on the northern seafront, and by the airport's own reckoning that is ten minutes from the walled city and fifteen from the hotel peninsula of Bocagrande. There is no mountain and no hour of highway. What there is, at the door, is a queue and four different ways to pay for the same short drive.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cielo-rt\"><div class=\"rt\"><h3>CTG to your hotel in Cartagena<\/h3><p>Walled city, Getseman&iacute;, Bocagrande, Manga, or a hotel out on the islands road &mdash; the driver meets you inside arrivals with a sign. These are the three drives people actually make: the working city an hour or so away, the base for the park, and the beach village past it. All three are served by buses, and all three are the kind of trip where a private car stops being a luxury once there is luggage, a child or a schedule involved.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cielo-rt\"><div class=\"rt\"><h3>Cartagena to Barranquilla<\/h3><p>The Caribbean's working city: a river port at the mouth of the Magdalena with no colonial wall, no UNESCO old town and no beach worth flying for, and the most interesting city on the coast anyway.
