Yes, your $99 is credited 100% toward your first booking payment, deposit or initial invoice, when you proceed with cielo.travel. This makes the design package an easy first step if you’re serious about traveling. The credit is applied once per purchased package.

The credit is valid for 60 days from delivery of your itinerary. This window is designed to give you time to align with your travel companions or internal stakeholders. If you need more time due to special circumstances, ask and we’ll do our best to be reasonable.

Typically within about 72 business hours after your intake is complete and your consultation is scheduled or complete. Timing can vary based on complexity and seasonality, but we keep you informed. If you have a deadline, tell us up front and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.

You’ll receive a custom day-by-day itinerary, a logistics plan designed for Colombia, and transparent USD pricing presented clearly. The goal is a plan you can confidently decide on, not just a list of ideas. You’ll also get clear next steps if you want us to execute the trip.

You get one revision round, based on one consolidated set of edits from your side. This keeps the process efficient and avoids weeks of back-and-forth. If the scope changes significantly, we’ll recommend the cleanest next step.
