By the hour
Hourly bookings come in blocks of two, four or eight hours, and a different length can be arranged. For those hours the car and the driver are yours: they wait close by while you are inside, and you decide the order of the stops as the day goes.
A full day with the same driver
The full day is eight hours in a row with one driver and one car, for the days when one plan runs into the next. Send the plan in advance, even a rough one, and the routes are worked out before the first pickup. When something moves, the same driver adjusts, so a late lunch or an extra stop is a conversation, not a new booking.
It also works on a day with a private tour: the driver plans around the tour, so there is no second car to arrange.
When a driver makes sense
Meetings across the city
Client visits in the north, lunch in between, a last meeting downtown. The car waits, the driver already knows the next address, and you are not looking for a ride between appointments.
A day of seeing the city
La Candelaria and the museums in the morning, Monserrate in the afternoon, dinner at night. Book the hours and move at your own pace, and add a guided tour for the part that needs a guide.
A long layover
If the connection is long enough to leave El Dorado, a driver picks you up at the airport, takes you into the city and brings you back for the flight.
Shopping, errands and dinner
The bags go in the trunk, not onto the sidewalk, and the car is outside when dinner ends.
Language
Plan on a Spanish-speaking driver: in Bogotá, a driver who speaks English is the exception. The operations team works in English and Spanish at any hour, and the Virtual Concierge, a live English-speaking assistant on WhatsApp, can stay with you for the whole trip. If you need a driver who speaks English, say so when you book; it cannot be promised, but the team will try to match one.
Vehicles and rates
Hourly bookings use one of two classes, each for up to four passengers: Comfort, a modern SUV, or Signature, a premium SUV or sedan with more room. A full day can also be booked with a van for a larger group.

Can the driver take me out of the city?
Yes, as a transfer. The Bogotá transfers page lists the day trips we drive, from Zipaquirá to Villa de Leyva, and the booker prices each one as a route.
What about a single ride from the airport?
